Bleu, Bleu, Bleu, Bleu Zucchini. August 18, 2015. Zucchini (babies are best, the seeds and skins are more tender). 3 Tbs olive oil. 3 large cloves of garlic, pressed. Preheat oven to 350 (180) degrees. Grease your cookie sheet with olive oil. Peel and press your garlic into a small bowl. Stir in the olive oil. Cut the zucchini into wagon wheels 1/4-1/3 inch (1 cm). Place on the cookie sheet (little helpers are great for this). Paint on the garlic oil. Lightly salt them if desired. You Might Also Like.
