The Woods Between The Worlds: Mom's B-day!
http://thewoodbetweentheworldsspareoom.blogspot.com/2008/04/moms-b-day.html
10 April, 2008. For Mom's Birthday I decorated the living room, as all festivities require. Dad made French Toast for Mom. We went out to eat at Outback which was great fun and very filling. We come home, and Mom gets on the computer, while unbeknown to her we put her presents on the coffee table. She figured she was not getting presents this year. She was really surprised. Dad got her a gardening cart thing that holds all her tools and triples as a cup-holder and seat. April 10, 2008 9:39 PM.

What To Knit When You're Expecting: Patterns
http://www.whattoknitwhen.com/p/free-patterns.html
A winding cable cuts down the center back of this swingy oversized raglan cardigan. It is lightweight but warm, worked in reverse stockinette with stockinette borders. A wide cowl to cover décolletage. Worked in a trio of stitch patterns; ribbed, garter diamonds, and double-moss, the cowl is fully reversible and available in single- or double-wrapped lengths. Simple and a bit off-kilter. An assymetrical scarf worked from tip to tip. With a picot edging. The looping, twisted cable is worked first. For som...

http://farmphresh.blogspot.com/2010/06/great-es-scape.html
Saturday, June 12, 2010. Today was the long-awaited, much hyped first Saturday of our participation in the Carroll Gardens CSA. I am so thrilled our friends Cheryl, Devin, and Isaac agreed to go in with us on a share. I first learned about CSAs while reading Barbara Kingsolver's. Animal, Vegetable, Miracle. I could hardly sleep last night I was so busy envisioning the spring veggies that we would be cooking this week. Would I have any clue what to do with the ingredients? 1/2 dozen pastured eggs. The tur...
