http://jillmariesmemories.blogspot.com/2009/01/taking-david-to-detroit-airport.html
Wednesday, January 7, 2009. Taking David to the Detroit Airport. On Tuesday Jill (David's fiance'), Rylie and I took David up to Detroit so he could fly back to camp. He'll graduate from AIT in March. That's when we'll get to see him again. I miss that lil' boy already. As soon as I get done here I'm going to start a letter to him. So here are some of the pictures I took on Tuesday. Have a good night! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Fryin' Up The Bacon. Community Photo Challenge-Still Life.

Jill Marie's Memories: Community Photo Challenge-Christmas Season
http://jillmariesmemories.blogspot.com/2008/12/community-photo-challenge-christmas.html
Thursday, December 4, 2008. Community Photo Challenge-Christmas Season. My entry for the photo challenge. I'm so psyched about this. I got a camera this week and have been busy getting used to it. Today I took about 20 pictures of Rylie in her new Christmas dress and this is one of the better ones. Of course, I played around with softening the focus to give it that dreamy sort of glow and put a border around it. I hope ya'll like it. I love the softness to it, lovely color! Jill Marie's Memories: Photo editing...too much fun
http://jillmariesmemories.blogspot.com/2008/10/photo-editingtoo-much-fun.html
Sunday, October 19, 2008. Photo editing.too much fun. I have way too much fun playing with pictures and editing them. We recently went to a pumpkin patch up in Michigan. Rylie wore this cute hooded yellow shirt and I thought it would be a pretty to take a picture of her in front of some purple flowers. And yeah, it looked nice.but I wanted to "fix" it. LOL The first picture is the original, the second is my edited version. Yeah, those little pictures just lose too much detail. October 19, 2008 at 9:09 AM.

Tuesday, March 31, 2009. Cleaning Tip- How To Get Rid Of Roaches. Well, I've never had a problem with roaches ( (knock wood) ) and I hope I never do. However, here is a tip I found for getting rid of the pesky lil' boogers. Keep mixture away from children and pets. If ingested in large quantities, or even in small amounts over several days, boric acid can be harmful. Have a great day! Links to this post. Monday, March 30, 2009. Fryin' Up The Bacon: Cleaning Tip & Home Remedy
http://fryinupthebacon.blogspot.com/2009/05/cleaning-tip-home-remedy.html
Thursday, May 14, 2009. Cleaning Tip and Home Remedy. Since I was busy crying with pain last week, over my kidney stone, I've been spending most of this week trying to catch up on household chores. So here is the tip I should have posted on Tuesday. Simply fill a tube sock with kitty litter, baking soda, or tea leaves; tie the end closed; and place the filled socks in the shoes when you're not wearing them. These sachets can be used over and over in any kind of shoe. Sniff a fresh lemon peel. If you are ...

Tuesday, December 30, 2008. Tuesday Cleaning Tip- Removing Ink Stains and other stuff. I found this tip for ink stains years ago and have been using it since then. It really works well. Ink Stains: The best way I have found to get out ink stains is to put rubbing alcohol on the stain - it disappears! This must be done before washing. If you have run out of alcohol, try using a baby wipe to remove the ink stain. Baby wipes usually have alcohol in them. I am more than a little annoyed with him at the moment.

Jill Marie's Memories: April 2008
http://jillmariesmemories.blogspot.com/2008_04_01_archive.html
Thursday, April 24, 2008. There was a question about how I'm doing my borders, so I thought I would share it with everyone. It's quite easy really, if you have a photo editing program. I'm using Corel Paint Shop Pro. I do most of my editing with the picture in it's original size because it is so much easier to see. (Yeah, these old eyes, lol). Oh, and on the last picture I added a halo effect to the border to get that soft fuzzy look. I like that one alot. Also, if you have any photography advice, I'd re...
