Sunday, July 28, 2013. Goodness, I haven't written a post in quite a while. So to make it short and simple I thought I would write about a short and simple bread. Quick and easy. Low carb and low glycemic. 1 Cup Almond Butter ( or you can use your favorite Peanut Butter). 1 1/2 Tbls. Vinegar ( I used Apple Cider Vinegar). 1 tsp Baking soda. 1/4 tsp. Salt. Sweetener: Either 1 packet of stevia, 1 teaspoon agave or 1 teaspoon honey. You don't have to use a sweetener at all. It's optional. Links to this post.
