Tuesday, March 29. Surrogate Baby - Jacob March 12, 2011. Born March 12 9:47 am. 7 lbs 11 oz. I am so glad to have had the chance to bring this sweet little person into the world. He is precious and will be loved more than words could describe. Welcome to the world Jacob. I called my babysitter to start heading over and then called the parents. They couldn't believe it was time and the mad dash to get their rental car and drive the 3-4 hours here began! Holding him for the first time. And your family too!

Wednesday, February 23. 36 week Appointment and Ultra Sound. I had my 36 week appointment yesterday. This little guy's parents and grandma drove up to see him. Everything looked great and baby is weighing in around 7 lbs already. If he keeps cooking until his due date he will be big! So glad everything is looking good! Its getting so close! Tuesday, April 19. I had my post partum check up this morning. I feel back to myself with the exception of way too much belly flab. I only have 2 lbs left of pregnancy weight, but many inches to lose! Baby Jacob is doing terrific. His proud papa calls me every few days with updates and has me on speaker phone so Jacob can hear too.lol. We are hoping to get to NYC in June to see them and get our snuggles in with the little guy. Im glad you were able to change some minds! You did a wonderful thing!
