Tuesday, November 13, 2012. This was a treat. I found a old pox of minute tapioca and the recipe was on the box. It was fast and really sweet, especially when I added the whipped topping lol. It was a treat. Enjoy =). 1 9 inch pie crust. 1 can strawberry pie filling. 1/4 cup Minute tapioca. Mix fruit, tapioca, sugar in bowl. Fill with fruit mixture. I used 1 store bought pie crust (I know I know, someday I'll learn how to make my own), and one roll out pie crust for the top. It turned out beyond my expectations and I'll be making this again. It takes on the flavor of accompanying spices with such zest that it makes me love that fish. I have even used Mrs. Dash on it with great results. You can find it at your local Wal-Mart frozen section (it was a happy day when it appeared at mine.). Now doesn't that just look delicious? Swai with Roasted Tomatoes and Onions. 4 fresh or frozen swai fillets. 1 onion, chopped.

Monday, December 3, 2012. I love Winter. Why? Because I can drink my Hot Chocolate anytime I want! It warms you up and chases away the chill. I can't think of anything better to do on a cold night then curl up in front of the tv with a mug of this. Okay okay, I just HAVE to have whipped topping on top too! And don't forget a dash of cinnamon if you're feeling particularly festive =). Makes 1 Gallon of Mix. 1 8 ounce Quart Box Powdered Milk (4 cups dry milk). 1 1-pound package Powdered sugar (4 cups).

Wednesday, December 5, 2012. I used to hate pecan pie. It was just too sweet and overloaded my taste buds But Mom shared with me her perfect recipe for making Pecan Pie. It is so delicious, and not too sweet. 1/3 cup Margarine ( 1 1/3 Tbsp melted). 1 cup Karo syrup (white). 1 9" pie crust.
