Din hölja i internetströmmen! Onsdag 14 augusti 2013. Nu är det bara två dagar kvar tills mitt framtida laxfiskes vara eller icke vara inträder. På lördag morgon så åker jag och Dick till Gaula för en veckas fiske i Haltdalen. Det är denna vecka som kommer att avgöra om jag kommer att fortsätta med laxfiske över huvud taget eller om jag lägger ner för oöverskådlig framtid. Din hölja i internetströmmen! Fredag 24 februari 2012. I tisdags var jag och Dick iväg till ö-vik för en flugbindningsworkshop. Ja, jag vet att det kan verka rätt så nördigt att åka 35 mil för att binda flugor, men det är skoj att träffa nytt folk samtidigt som man får nörda lös totalt och gå helt upp i flugbindning ett par timmar. De är ju samtliga extremt duktiga så man visste redan innan avfärd att det skulle bli bra. Ja det var ju inköp ja. Eftersom vi fick rätt bra rabatt på material så passade ...

Din hölja i internetströmmen! Lördag 21 april 2012. Måste ta mig ut! Jag tror jag blir galen! Nu har jag suttit i den här förbannade fåtöljen i flera dagar och inte fått luft. I morgon ska jag tamigfan ut, kosta vad det kosta vill! Även om det bara blir en liten kort sväng så måste jag få komma ut och andas frisk luft. Har känt mig bättre nu sen igår eftermiddag. Får åt mig andan på ett bättre sätt nu och det gör inte så ont längre. För ett par timmar sedan så ringde en kille och köpte mitt LPXe. Pratade...

Monday, April 27, 2015. The River At Last. There hasn't been much fishing since my trip to Patagonia, actually none to be exact. I've been traveling since March and it has been a busy two months. Work has had me on the road, but I've managed to have fun along the way. There was good food and drinks had and great places visited: New Orleans, Atlanta, Raleigh, LA, Charleston, and Augusta. Live music in Frenchmans. A few drinks before dinner. Mother's - a great place to visit in NOLA. Brass and horns in NOLA.

Sunday, January 12, 2014. Tying some Tube Flies for Steelhead. I'm hoping one of these weekends will be mild and I'll have the opportunity again to swing some flies for winter steelhead on the Salmon River. I've been only using tube flies ever since I started spey casting this past fall. Tuesday, June 24, 2014. 10 Miles on the Delaware. My fondest memories growing up were drifting the Potomac River for smallmouth. Many summers were spent floating between Riley's Lock and Swains Lock. There is something special about just floating down the river in a canoe and enjoying the change of scenery. A canoe for the day. Working some nice riffles. The Delaware Water Gap. Tuesday, April 22, 2014. I've typically headed up to the Adirondacks for Memorial Day, but with the late start of spring this year I've opted for the Catskills instead. There is a beautiful riverfront home on the Beaverkill that we rented in 2012 with private river frontage and an amazing back yard, which we will be returning to. Wednesday, December 31, 2014. End of Year Bonefish North Riding Point Club. We had a few options, but we chose the North Riding Point Club located on the southeastern shore of Grand Bahama. A quick trip from NYC with no puddle jumpers involved and nice amenities made it an easy choice for us. I was in search of my first bonefish and my wife wanted a nice place and a beach to relax on. Tisdag 8 oktober 2013. Jaha, nu var det länge sen igen. Jag summerar lite snabbt vad som hänt i fiskeväg. Jag har väll fått till 4-5 fisketurer. Jag har fått två havsöringar sen sist. En blank på ca. 1,5 kg. Knäckte spöt när jag skulle bogsera upp 100 cm ljunganlax på land. Tack och lov så handlar man från. Po's fiske. Dom ordnade en ny del på några dagar. Det kallar jag service! Köpt en ny rulle. Vision Tank. En rejäl pjäs som är hur cool som helst. :). Nu är det 6 dagar till stoppet. Måste ut.
