Thursday, March 04, 2010. Ice hockey game in Joe Louis Arena. It was a game between Michigan and Michigan State in the Joe Louis Arena. Claimed to be the fiercest rivalry (in? The game lived up to expectation and proved to be an extremely thrilling one,. And luckily there was no fight. We were up 3-0 early in the game, but somehow managed to trail 3-4 for quite some time before finally winning the game at 5-4. All in all, a great game, and a great experience…. Final score…we won 5-4! To Laugh, or To Cry?

Long time ago (probably 4 years ago), I tried to make whipped cream with heavy cream but did not have much success. Since then, I had been avoiding recipes that call for homemade whipped cream. With the whipped cream, I made strawberry torte from Martha's website. It came out pretty good and was a great hit when I brought it to work. A light and refreshing dessert.
