Monday, March 28, 2011. The First Day of Spring. Spring is here, although, you would never know it. While we did have a few warm days last week, this week was cold and nasty. It snowed and rained, the wind howled and I felt chilled to the bone. It's just a reminder that winter loves to hang around New England, regardless of how its residents feel. Monday, October 18, 2010. Laid Off, Summer Off, Work Back On. I have been avoiding my journal for a while now. I was hoping that when I finally posted an entry, I would only have entirely good news to deliver, and now, I finally do. This is my summer/early fall. Anyways, that's it for now for news. I'm really looking forward to Halloween (pumpkin carving with Keith and then spending some time with his family) and before you know it, the holiday season will be here! Wednesday, May 4, 2011. Back from New Hampshire. So I am back from my couple of days in New Hampshire. Keith and I had a good time, nice and relaxing. The main resort is quite nice. The bottom floor of the resort houses the spa, pool, fitness area, arcade and little shopping center. The main floor has the dining room and bars. Of course the view was spectacular. Thursday, June 30, 2011. It All Ends Here. A period of my life has ended. It may sound a bit melodramatic, and it is to some extent, but that's how I feel. The Harry Potter period of my life is over. That isn't to say that I will never re-watch any of the movies, or re-read any of the books, but there will no longer be new updates to the series, and it makes me sad. That all being said, you may wonder why I am sad considering the series technically ended in 2007? July 18, 2011 at 4:43 PM. The Here and Now.

Monday, April 26, 2010. Happy 53rd, Mom! While watching the film, I kept pausing to spray paint my tin ceiling panels. I wish it was a faster process, but every panel needs 3 coats and you need to leave 10 minutes in between each coat. I can do 2 panels at a time.at this rate it will take me a couple of more days to finish them. My boss left for Ireland on Friday. Do I hear the song "Celebration" coming from somewhere? Monday, May 23, 2011. So I'm sitting here at work. It looks like it is a miserable day outside (what a surprise, more rain! My body aches and I'm tired. All I want to do is go home, lay on the couch, wrap myself in a blanket, and watch a movie until I fall asleep. So that brings me back to today. It's only Monday and it's going by very slowly.
