We used ordinary compression style wire glands at first. These were not really satisfactory as they are designed for a single round cable. We had leaks around them into the cabins. Friday, March 27, 2009. Still Improving Our Tiki 30. It has been a very long time since I've updated this blog. Sorry 'bout that, got busy and/or lazy. In December we showed the Tiki. 30 at the Saint Petersburg. Boat Show. There were only 5 multihulls. There We had a good spot and the boat was very well received. We had people who had heard of James Wharram. And folks who had never seen. Anything like it at all. We planted lots of seeds and met lots of people,some Wharram. Owners and some who want to be.

Tuesday, November 30, 2010. New Carl Stambaugh 36' Sharpie. I was recently out at Indiantown Marina to do a little job on a sailboat. I like to go out there because there are usually a few boats that are not just like all the others. I was certainly not disappointed this time. Tied up right next to the office was this delightful little sharpie. Here is a view into the head and the lower photo shows the holding tank. The holding tank is mounted above the through hull for easy draining when appropriate.
