Single Girl in VA! Friday, October 9, 2009. U2 pictures- The Claw and the Edge! Have some more pictures but here is a good one of "The Claw" (the name they gave the set) and The Edge (guitar player for U2). The U2 concert continued. The band that opened was called Muse and they were incredible. For those of you who saw Twilight, they were the band whose music played during the baseball game. I will be downloading some of their music shortly! These are some pictures of Muse! Wednesday, October 7, 2009.

http://lauramoliver.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
Single Girl in VA! Friday, July 31, 2009. I am reading a book right now called "Moments With Christ." It's a devotional I bought in college but somehow got buried in the millions of other books in my house. It pointed out something I had never noticed before about Mary. The Lord is with you.". Mary was greatly troubled at his words and wondered what kind of greeting this might be. How will this be," Mary asked the angel, "since I am a virgin? Sometimes God asks us to do things that don't make sense. ...

Tuesday, January 19, 2010. Preston got to meet his great grandparents (Wetheringtons) this past Sunday evening. We will be making a trip in the next month to visit his other set of great grandparents up in northern Virginia. Besides his weight check the day after he came home from the hospital, this was Preston's first outing! Jonathan and Missy Wetherington. During the 5 night hospital stay, Preston had a lot of visitors! The most frequent visitors were the proud grandparents! Preston hardly ever cries!

Thursday, July 31, 2008. Rough Night for Chubbs. This morning, like always, I went to let the dogs outside. For those of you who don't know about our bulldogs, they are so spoiled! We keep that sheet on the couch for him to lay on. Somehow Chubbs and the sheet fell off the couch in the middle of the night. :). Jonathan and Missy Wetherington. Wednesday, July 30, 2008. We ended up having a $50 dinner, but we saved $8 on cheesecake Ha! Oh well, it was a fun experience! Jonathan and Missy Wetherington.

Saturday, April 18, 2009. Dismal Swamp Stomp 2009. I have been signed up for weeks now to participate in the Dismal Swamp Stomp half marathon here in Chesapeake. This is the very first marathon that I did a year ago. I didn't have great luck as the first time I ran it, I had not trained at all! I was really looking forward to running it this year because now 13.1 miles is a breeze to me! This had me very frustrated! We were definitely over it by about mile 8 though.13 miles is a long walk! Days in the li...

Monday, June 22, 2009. This Father's Day, Jonathan and I thought we would be settled into our new home. Well, we were wrong :) We're close, but not there yet! We had already scheduled a Father's Day cookout at the new house and we were going to go ahead with it, we would just have to improvise a bit! It ended up being a beautiful day, so we were able to pull the tables out on the back porch. It was PERFECT! Jonathan and Missy Wetherington. Friday, June 19, 2009. So, we are still having a cookout, but the...
