My business is situated in Harden a 30 minute drive from Wharfedale in the Yorkshire Dales. The River Wharfe is without doubt one of the best trout rivers in the North of England and flows through an area of outstanding scenery. The river offers excellent fishing opportunities upstream of Barden Bridge as far as Linton stepping stones providing approximately 6 miles of mostly double bank fishing.

I have just completed a course run by Stephen. It was both enjoyable and informative and I will certainly be coming back - Thanks, Stephen. When I was accepted into the Appletreewick , Barden and Burnsall a.c , I had spent years fishing still waters and the river was totally alien to me and I had no idea how to fish rivers . I wish to thank Stephen for his help and would recommend anyone to spend a day’s. With him to learn the best of the river Wharfe. T hank you Stephen for great times on the river.
