My Missoni for Target picks. Did you buy into yesterday's Missoni. Madness and buy any of their articles from Target. My local store was not a stockist and as their online shop crashed, I only took a peek today. Nothing appeared to be sold out and social media reports seemed unanimous that the quality was lacking in many items. I bought a bath mat, hand-towel and scarf which can be returned if I don't like them. Did you attend the launch in store or buy anything online? Would love to hear your thoughts.

http://eternalicons.blogspot.com/2015/07/year-of-house-update.html
Year of The House: update. Through the year, we remain committed to our January. I probably should stop calling it that, as there is nothing remotely Mexican. When we bought here, the existing house (now demolished) was called Sea-Spray. And we kept the house-name sign to restore and re-badge the new build. Continued to seek quotations for joinery. J's bathroom / powder room, shower screen. Fitted to J's bathroom / powder room. David and I tiled our main bedroom en suite walls. To main bedroom en suite.

Solidifying the Kitchen Plan. Was home yesterday having a rare days rest, as he is. Unwell with the 'man flu'. It gave us the opportunity to have a lengthy discussion about our kitchen plans. In an attempt to firm up the design. Which we did. Yay! This has meant a few tweaks to the last kitchen post. And the ordering of a freestanding range. The sink will now be sited in the island. I really wanted it on the rear wall) as the flow and function will be improved. Practicality. B' word; budget. Than the ben...

I am so e. Upstairs (our main and J's), the playroom. And lower guest bedroom. This had hinged on the timber flooring being laid in the halls adjacent to those rooms, which is what David did today! Yesterday we finalised little bits and pieces in the main bedroom en suite. In anticipation of the 'big move' upstairs after years. Of living in only the lower portion of the house. And shelves for pretty bibs 'n bobs. If you follow me on Instagram. Which made me realise that I have nowhere. You are very welco...

A Tranquil Townhouse: A change of direction...
http://tranquiltownhouse.blogspot.com/2012/06/change-of-direction.html
Friday, June 22, 2012. A change of direction. It’s been a while since I've done a blog post (crumbs I just checked, it's over a month) and almost as long since I've read anyone else’s. I'm sorry about that. I'm sure I've been missing out on wonderful things while I’ve been missing in action. And no, the change of direction does not involve me becoming a vegetarian! And that's only a few of them! I’ve knitted, crocheted, sewed, glued, drilled. I lose interest quickly I'm afraid. My fabulous table tonic.
