Todmorden Family History Group. The group was launched in November 2013. We had good coverage in Todmorden News and Hebden Bridge Times. There are eleven inaugural members: Ann, Andrea, Barbara, Diane, Joan, Judith, Kevin, Penny, Sheila and Vivienne, plus myself (Jan). At the January meeting Andrea volunteered to take care of tea and coffee; we all gave her £2 each for the kitty. Jan volunteered to set up this page. We agreed to meet the first Wednesday of every month. Calderdale Family History Society.

Tuesday, 15 July 2014. 52 Ancestors - thoughts on the project so far. Forty-seven posts have been added to the 52 Ancestors Project. The challenge was to write 52 stories about individual ancestors in 52 weeks. Having started the project on Australia Day the 47 stories that I have added to the blog have taken me six months. I guess this proves that family history is addictive. A great bonus from the 52 Ancestors in 52 Weeks. Posted by Vicki's Blog. Monday, 14 July 2014. 52 Ancestors #47 Joshua Fielden.
