Happily Ever After: May 2010
http://jodeehappilyeverafter.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
Thursday, May 27, 2010. Day out With Thomas (and Tayler). We braved the crowds again and Tayler and I spent our second day with Thomas the Tank Engine. Is it bad that I hope he's outgrown it by next year? We ended up having a very fun time, and Tayler was in heaven once again. Getting a Thomas tattoo:. With Sir Topham Hat:. Tayler's Preschool Graduation (Until Fall). Tayler survived the first year of preschool. Or maybe I should say that Miss Tami survived Tayler's first year of preschool :). I think you...

Happily Ever After: February 2010
http://jodeehappilyeverafter.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Tuesday, February 16, 2010. One Saturday a few weeks ago I sat down with Tanner for 15 minutes and taught him a little about the piano. Specifically, I taught him where middle C is and showed him a beginner piano book. He started playing in it and learned one song that day: Jolly Old St. Nicholas. Too bad Christmas was a month past. On the piano at an assisted living center they were going to visit. Horrified, I asked what he was going to play. He doesn't play the piano! In front of people? I have a wond...

Happily Ever After: July 2010
http://jodeehappilyeverafter.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
Monday, July 26, 2010. We had a great time this year, take a look:. Tuesday, July 20, 2010. We've practically lived on these this summer. Nothing says happy birthday like chocolate strawberries, especially when they say "Happy Bday" :). Sunday, July 18, 2010. I know we celebrated the 4th. We ran the annual 5K, had a BBQ with family, went to the local parade and fireworks. It's just that I don't have access to the pictures that prove it. So take my word for it, we celebrated. Happily Ever After: October 2010
http://jodeehappilyeverafter.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
Wednesday, October 6, 2010. Did You Say Something? With a completely baffled look, he replied, "Hear what? So I asked McKayla, "Did you hear me? And she proceeded to repeat word for word what I had said. Because his brain chooses to ignore this input. McKayla not only received the input, but heard. It Granted, she chose to ignore me until pressed, but she heard me! Tanner is a kid who can hear the ice cream truck from 157 miles away. We can be inside the house, windows closed, dishwasher and washer r...

Happily Ever After: Eight is Great!
http://jodeehappilyeverafter.blogspot.com/2010/08/eight-is-great.html
Sunday, August 8, 2010. Tanner could hardly wait to turn eight and be baptized. He didn't take this lightly at all. He read 3 books on baptism, and he really wanted to learn what it was all about so that he could make his own decision. I can honestly say that he was more prepared than I could have ever dreamed of at his age. He truly made the decision himself, and I am so proud of him! Our good friend Marlene. Everyone contributed to the dinner afterward, and it was perfect! Great pictures of Tanner!

Happily Ever After: June 2010
http://jodeehappilyeverafter.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Monday, June 28, 2010. Tayler Dressed Himself Today. He was very proud of how well he matched his shirt and shorts. Must get his fashion sense from his dad ;). Monday, June 21, 2010. I Am Not a Runner. But I run. I don't know why. I don't like it. It's not fun. It's not relaxing. I don't feel good after. But, I do it. Mostly it's peer pressure. As a result of the peer pressure, I signed up for Ragnar's Wasatch Back Relay. It was an amazing feeling. It was a blast! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). I'm proudly ...

http://jodeehappilyeverafter.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
Tuesday, September 7, 2010. Of peace and quiet every week. Tayler started preschool today, and now I've got to figure out what to do with myself. Hmmm.shouldn't be too hard! Tayler was so excited that he had his clothes all laid out last night, ready to go. He woke up early and was dressed before I saw him. Hopefully Miss Evelyn can figure this kid out! Happily Ever After: January 2011
http://jodeehappilyeverafter.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
Sunday, January 2, 2011. Another busy year of reading. Loved the Hunger Games trilogy as well as The Great and Terrible series by Chris Stewart. Left to Tell was extremely disturbing, but well worth it. I was in college when the Rwandan Holocaust took place and still I knew very little about it. Tragic. I also re-read several books for book club and loved them as much the second time around. Left To Tell: Discovering God Amidst The Rwandan Holocaust - Immaculee Iligabiza. Clear as the Moon - Chris Stewart.
