The ramblings of a thirty something Englishman…. Oakham Farm Pools Carp. For my first foray back into fishing I visited Oakham Farm Fishery in Warwickshire. With five pools to choose from I opted for the barn pool. I am not usually a fan of the commercial carp fisheries but as it is closed season on the rivers, and I had a fishing itch to scratch, I decided to give it a go. I had a great days fishing and definitely had my passion for angling reignited. Bring on the start of the season!
