Lay down the ham off the bone slices which I had leftover from my Grilled chicken cordon bleu. I cook, I eat, I blog. Mmmm, pulled pork sandwiches with coleslaw. That’s what I wanted. Once I got my pork butt (shoulder), it was time to get that going. I started off by injecting it with a mixture of “Not Your Father’s” root beer, Tapatio, vinegar and soy sauce. It made about a cup which I injected into the roast. Next up is the rub. Some people use cream cheese or cheddar but you can use whatever you want. I went with Sharp Cheddar Velveeta as I thought it would resemble the “yolk” of the egg.
