I cook, I eat, I blog. No, not that kind! Think of all the possibilities here. Ground meat rolled with anything you want to put inside, wrapped in bacon weave and smoked. YUM! Lay down the ham off the bone slices which I had leftover from my Grilled chicken cordon bleu. I cook, I eat, I blog. Mmmm, pulled pork sandwiches with coleslaw. That’s what I wanted. Once I got my pork butt (shoulder), it was time to get that going. I started off by injecting it with a mixture of “Not Your Father’s” root beer, Tapatio, vinegar and soy sauce. It made about a cup which I injected into the roast. Next up is the rub. Some people use cream cheese or cheddar but you can use whatever you want. I went with Sharp Cheddar Velveeta as I thought it would resemble the “yolk” of the egg.
