It was raining when I put the meat in the smoker at about 9:30 AM. About 13:30 I pulled off the turkey and pork. I left the brisket I the smoker until about 16:30. This month will be book-ended by trips to Czech and to Italy. The middle will be two weeks in Nuremberg. I will be working for three of those four weeks. Here's an action shot of a pie cooking. And here's a picture of the first finished pie. I had bought some dough from a local pizzeria, but made the sauce myself. We didn't get too adventurous with the toppings, other than adding some New Mexican green chillis. And it was wonderful! The pizza looks delicious!
