Most countries don't have these rights that we have like free speech. When we punish people for professing their beliefs this takes away that right that they are supposed to have. Monday, October 11, 2004. How Alice was treated in her workhouse was also startling. When she was not eating many people thought she was mentally unstable. It seemed like back then whenever a woman did something out of the extradoinary she was considered a lunatic. Force feeding her was something that also came as a shock. Thursday, October 21, 2004. I was very interested by what Mr. Rushkoff had to say. In the beggining I found his writing to be very cynical. He seemed very protecitve and wary of what everyone else had to say.
