The recipe is quick (about 10 minutes prep time) and easy, and is sure to cure those night-time sweet cravings. 2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour. 2 teaspoons baking powder. 1 teaspoon Kosher salt. 2 cups packed brown sugar. 1 cup butter, at room temperature. 2 eggs, at room temperature. 1 tablespoon vanilla extract. 2 tablespoons white sugar.
