Grate or finely chop a whole head of cauliflower - a food processor. Comes in very handy for this job, but you can also use a manual grater. We ate stir fry on rice pretty often before I started HCG, and I was missing it, so I thought maybe if I chopped some cabbage finely, I could convince myself it was almost like rice. It wasn't, but it was still very tasty. This became one of my staple recipes. It's very filling! 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice. 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar. 2 drops Liquid Stevia. 1-2 Tbsp Bragg's Liquid Aminos. 2 cloves Garlic, minced. I feel so much better.

About My HCG Cooking. Salads are a roller coaster for me. I love them, especially with lots of veggies cut up and a delicious homemade dressing. But they are so much work! I hate having to get out a bunch of different vegetables and the cutting board and knives just to make one salad. Enter pinterest and the Salad Jar. My life is forever changed! I can spend the time ONCE and have salads for the week. I feel better eating this good food and my time was spent efficiently. Win! Ohh man you are awesome....

About My HCG Cooking. 35 oz ground beef. 1 Tbsp bread crumb. 1/4 tsp garlic powder. 1/4 tsp onion powder. 1/2 tsp prepared mustard. 1 Tbsp P2 Ketchup. With a couple of drops of liquid stevia. Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients and form into a small meatloaf. Place on small baking pan and bake 15-20 minutes or until almost done. Spread P2 Ketchup. I would add liquid stevia.
