Diary of a Japanese : If you found mistakes, leave comments! Wednesday, November 23, 2005. I went to Kagoshima City in Kyushu area, Japan. There were many souvenirs to eat. Satsuma-age, Karu-kan, Kasuta-don and Shochu are popular ones. A well-known product is Kurobuta which is a local specialty means a black-pork. It is a low fat and nice-tasted pork.
