Tuesday, December 9, 2008. 1 lb almond paste. 1 lb pignoli nuts. 3 lg OR 4sm egg whites. Pinch of baking soda. 1 brown paper bag. Cut paper bag to fit baking sheet. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream paste and sugar until smooth with spoon by hand. Beat egg whites until firm, mix with paste mixture. Shape into small crescents, roll in pinoli nuts. Bake on brown paper bag for 15 mins on 350 degrees. Do not over cook. 1 c graham crackers. 1 c chocolate chips. 1 c butterscotch chips. In a 9x12 baking dish.

Wednesday, November 26, 2008. Creme Brulee and Amaretto. As promised here are a couple of my favorite recipes for Thanksgiving, actually you really don't need a special occasion because they're both THAT GOOD! After a hard day of work, I take a long bath with Foaming Salt Soak in my favorite scent of the week. Holiday Memories is this week’s choice.
