I think that keeping my legs at hip width apart while stayingon my toes - is the ideal position to be able to maintain good form without collapsing or giving up. Being mindful of my head staying in line with my spine keeps me from having to bear the extra weight of my head. Pauses in between will get me to 100. December 14, 2010.

Infomercials about the latest gadget to help you lose weight or flatten your stomach always talk about how it soooooooooooo easy to do! Just 20 minutes and you'll have the six-pack abs that the bikini clad model has transformed her body into. And oh by the way. she's a grandmother! She makes me want to wear a burqa. My Saturday training station. By the weekend, I was bound and determined to make up for such a pathetic week. Saturday was supposed to be a Bike-n-Brunch hosted by Jen M. but the fog and rain made that unsafe and impossible. My attempt at an energy upswing appeared to have been thwarted by Mother Nature! The Houston Marathon was on January 30, 2011. Marathon #3 of the Season and #7 of my liftime. I had such high hopes about Houston because I heard that it was fast and flat and that lots of people PR on this course. Considering the dismal season I had been having, Houston did turn out to be a PR for the season at 4:32:08. February 06, 2011.
