IJFLT – The International Journal of Foreign Language Teaching. 22 Rules of Storytelling By Pixar. March 28, 2013. One of Pixar’s storyboard artists recently released a list she’s compiled of advice she’s received over the years. It’s great advice for any kind of writer, but I find it very applicable to those of us attempting to write TPRS stories. I especially like #2, #4, #6 and #9! You admire a character for trying more than for their successes. What is your character good at, comfortable with? Pull a...

Since the release of the video “What Does the Fox Say? 8221;, I know my students have gone crazy for it. Here are some links to other versions of the song that I’ve been able to find. Latin for Everyone: Building on writing
http://latinforeveryone.blogspot.com/2015/05/building-on-writing.html
Monday, May 4, 2015. I like to do a short writing activity where I pick a topic we've been working with and spend all week writing about it. On day one, the kids are asked to fill in the blanks in a sentence. On day two, the kids are asked to write one sentence about the topic. We share the sentences in class and circle them, and that way the kids hear everyone else's idea. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). FVR - free voluntary reading and TarHeel Reader. TPRS Teachers — Sheltering Vocab and Circling Grammar around the world
Sheltering Vocab and Circling Grammar around the world. July 15, 2014. EL PROFESOR DE LA CLASE DE FUMAR. Paul mentioned a book that Ben Slavic had just finished revising that we all should look into. It is called “Stepping Stones To Stories”.
