Friday, January 25, 2008. V-Tech Disney Teach'n Lights Phone. My 20 month old daughter got this toy as a Christmas gift. It is a V-Tech toy phone with Disney characters on each button. The numbers are set up like a real phone but the on/off button is in the place of the * button on a real phone. Every time she uses it every ten seconds she accidentally turns it off!
