Adios 2016, Welcome 2017! You can say you knew the Trails Cache when he was just a baby. We preserved a mile of the Bonneville Shoreline Trail from turning into private backyard hillside. Thanks to the advocates who spoke up and showed up, and thanks to the City of Providence and Stan for understanding the public good inherent in that trail. Carlow Trails of the Saints is made up of three separate driving routes which between them cover the entire county of Carlow and feature some 51 ecclesiastical attractions. Some of these are deemed to be of national significance. St Patrick’s Trail. Named after St. Patrick, who is reputed to have baptised the King of Leinster in north Carlow, this trail takes in the county’s two largest urban settlements of Carlow and Tullow.
