Transition Linlithgow (TL) exists to encourage the people and organisations of Linlithgow* to reduce our emissions of greenhouse gases which are contributing to Global Warming and to do so by encouraging a positive transition towards a low-carbon future and more localised economy. Linlithgow, refers to the combined communities of Linlithgow and Linlithgow Bridge and surrounding farmland.
