Ker me celodnevno sedenje pred računalnikom spravi v turobno razpoloženje, tek pa mi ga pomaga odpraviti. Če se zalotim da dva ali tri dni skupaj zgolj lenarim, se mi vse naloge in obveznosti zdijo še težje kot so v resnici. Tečem zase in ritem prilagajam počutju. To pomeni, da se včasih tudi samo sprehajam in vmes globoko diham. Danes se bom odpravila na PST.
