http://travelbug4eva.com/2015/03/25/snow-time-in-sunriver-finally
The Life of a Travel Bug. Michelle and Rod's adventures around the world. Snow time in Sunriver – FINALLY. We flew from LAX to Bend, Oregon. To stay with my wonderful friends Shannon and Joey, my wonderful pen pals since 1999. I was so excited for them to meet Rod finally! The 4 of us got along really well, like we’d been best friends for years, it was awesome! A shame we couldn’t have stayed longer but the 4 nights we had were busy full of fun and excitement. We arrived late on Day 1. The boys went kaya...

The Life of a Travel Bug. Michelle and Rod's adventures around the world. Newer posts →. Wonders of the World Road Trip Phoenix to Las Vegas. We flew to Phoenix. For a short stay to enjoy some American sport over the Australia Day long weekend. Rod loves NFL and the only way he was going to get to a live match was to watch the ProBowl. We drove through the gorgeous Red Rock Country. To Sedona where we stayed 2 nights. The landscape out here is just divine, I love this place, my 2. Time here but Rod’s 1.

The Life of a Travel Bug. Michelle and Rod's adventures around the world. Grand Park (played Frisbee with some locals). The Mexican area, Chinatown, Walt Disney Hall and an amazing and massive cathedral! I lit a candle for my Gramps! To experience a VIP STUDIO TOUR! A museum where we saw more Batman gear props, costume...

The Life of a Travel Bug. Michelle and Rod's adventures around the world. Over the weekend we finally moved back into our home, it is so good to be here, still getting used to it being so quiet. Used to the hustle and bustle of a busy street, trams, taxis, fire engines zooming past. Don’t get me wrong I am going to love the peace and quiet here, just then heard the birds chirping, nice! Now that’s a hard one coming from a librarian! Hopefully they will be cheaper too! Newer post →. Enter your comment here.

Thoughts and ideas about relationships, family, friends, children and people generally. Might also include thoughts about any and all of God's creatures, domesticated and wild. Tuesday, October 27, 2009. Grandchildren are such a blessing. I have 3 beautiful grand-daughters and I love them to bits. Manfred and I took the girls to Hillarys Marina for fish and chips and then they played in the playground at the family beach until it started to get dark. When we got home there was much discussion about w...

Sunday, January 10, 2010. Now it is 2010, another year ahead of us. Let us make it a better year for all. I am not making any real 'resolutions' this year. I just want to be a better person, to not waste too much time on unnecessary things and to do as much good as I am able. Happy New Year Kathryn. January 19, 2010 at 9:49 PM.

Thursday, October 1, 2009. Adventures of Spiffy Part 3. Since the weather has been improving, Kathryn makes sure all the blinds are tilted just right before she goes out, so that I can change my room and my position according to where the sun is coming into the house. Its not the same as being outside but its not too bad. I heard ...

Wednesday, September 30, 2009. Adventures of Spiffy Part 2. Sit down somewhere, will you, or I’ll have to put you back in the cage! Not the cage again! Thoughts and ideas about relationships, family, friends, children and people generally. Might also include thoughts about any and all of God's creatures, domesticated and wild. Monday, July 13, 2009. Many years ago I spent some time in Switzerland, where, I have to say, the cows were beautiful. Don't laugh, they really were. Some of them are even quite funny. I would even go so far as to say they have a sense of humour! With a stick, but she was undeterred, every morning there she was again!

I went with a group of ladies from my Church to see the movie 'Mamma Mia' on Wednesday evening. Thursday, September 4, 2008. Week 2 - Blog # 1. The Rhetorical Tradition was very interesting to me in Chapter 4. The author defines rhetoric as a form of artful public communication for persuasion. Some of the great leaders such as Martin Luther King Jr., and JFK used persuasion when they addressed the public. They would focus on certain points, organize the speech a certain way, their use of language and delivery was used tools to connect with people. Thursday, August 28, 2008. Week 2 - Blog # 1.

On my recent trip to London I discovered a fantastic Indian Tandoor. Unlike many Indian restaurants, Moti. Has a crisp contemporary decor and a modern twist in the way they present their dishes! As an example, our salad was presented on a wooden tray with the vegetable. Thursday, July 30, 2009. Conde Nast Top 126.
