Okay, I have booked a walk with a friend AND a massage in there. Yesterday, at the end of the day, I looked at my Toggl, the software where I keep track of what I do and how long it takes me to do it, and.it was at just over 10 hours. What was I DOING? I spent some time on my upcoming certification study group- Im facilitating.
