The Sisterhood of the Traveling Parents. January 20, 2012 · 9:27 am. Mashed Potatoes are my Friend! What a whirlwind week this has been! Talk about feeling silly! The kids got a kick out of it though! I was able to get an appointment with my doctor later that evening. They ran some tests and pushed on my belly but couldn’t really figure out what it could be. He said, “Go to the E.R. and they can do a sonogram on your belly.” Well, I FREAKED out! About an hour later, I was surrounded by family and friends!
