Red apples, chopped into bitesize (or mini-bitesize) cubes (i used 3 apples). Unsweetened applesauce (i used 2 to-go containers of Mott's applesauce). 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped. Pour a little oil in a pan; heat chilli for 30 seconds or so. Add the onion and sautee until tender. Cook until it is at the desired consistancy. Add yellow curry to taste.

Cranberry Banana Chocolate Cookies. 1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats. 3/4 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 2 tsp baking powder. 1 tsp baking soda (I prefer the cookies without). 1/4 tsp. salt. 1/3 cup organic maple syrup. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/4 cup chopped cranberries. 1 block of Bakers Unsweetened Chocolate, finely chopped. 1 Banana (frozen and thawed), mashed. Preheat oven to 350C.
