March 5, 2016. 職、戒 (二十) – 劣幣驅良幣. 劣幣驅良幣 是著名的經濟學定律 , 不過今次這篇分享並不是講這個複雜課題 , 只是借用這個 Term , 去講述一間公司怎樣由有質素的人才管理 , 如何被劣質素的管理取代的故事。 以下故事純屬虛構及杜選 , 大家勿對號入坐。 這故事發生在某地方有一間由國際集團經營的百年老店 , 這老店業績不錯而且世界知名 , 這老店能有此佳積 , 皆因能堅守一套傳統營運管理手法及制度 , 雖然經歴不少世代的交替轉變 , 但依然能在風高浪急及充滿競爭市場中迄立不倒。 老店的 Owner 亦是一個傳統家族 , 掌舵是一位在老店內工作了六十年的老人家 , 老人家自知能力有限所以多年來將老店的管理權交托給一國際集團經營 , 而自己則退居幕後。 公子本身是花花公子一名對百年老店的經營沒多大興趣 , 所以只要國際集團經營得法 , 有名有利而年年有錢賺就收貨。 某些年國際集團經營的經營權介滿 , 公子覺得老店一切都上晒軌道 , 於是就踢走了國際集團實行全面接管。 為方便管理 CEO 將原本的管理層進行大換血 , 換上自己的班底 , 所謂一朝天子一朝臣這現像其實十分普通。
