Monday, June 29, 2009. Dateline Yankton, SD. The serenity of the Lewis and Clark Recreation Area. Was temporarily interrupted this weekend by a marauding tractor gang. Blazing past at speeds up to eight miles per hour. This band of overall-dressed outlaws showed little regard for the law and stretched on for acres. Some even had their old ladies along.
