This access statement has been prepared by the owner. Please use this information in conjunction with the cottage details provided. If you have any queries please contact. Trem Y Don is a 200 year old detached stone cottage with five bedrooms. It is arrange over three floors with a central staircase. The property is situated at the start of Feidr Ganol just off Parrog Road. The snug has two sofas, a log burner and a Plasma TV with DVD and Freeview. The floor is oak with a rug and coffee table on it.

The house is laid out over three floors. The living accomodation is on the ground floor. There is a large kitchen dining area which spans the entire depth of the house with a glazed back wall which opens fully onto a large tiered garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with a proper range style cooker and hob for the chefs amongst us. Included in the rental are all bed linen (100% cotton) and tea towels, please bring your own towels.
