It's the little things. Monday, 30 November 2009. So much to say and so little time. I read Precious (Push) and watched Good Hair and both inspired tonnes of thought. I saw Corinne Bailey Rae's comeback gig at the tabernacle which has received rave reviews - one of them by me since me and my girl D had our comments featured in the Observer review section - woop! Unfortunately the pictures were beyond awful so we kept that quiet. I got my exam results back and totally surpassed my wildest expectations.

It's the little things. Tuesday, 8 February 2011. Just something I liked. When I do marriage counseling, I ask couples if they have the following feelings about their spouse:. 1) They won't hurt me intentionally. 2) They love me unconditionally. 3) They have my best intentions at heart. 4)We're in this together. If one of those is missing, I know I have a lot more work ahead of me. But when those things are there? It's worth it.". Jayme C on Black and Bougie. Friday, 4 February 2011. On the way home.

It's the little things. Saturday, 26 November 2011. Thursday, 10 November 2011. What elevates us above the other primates is our ability to think philosophically. Who am I? Why am I here? I feel that today I went some way towards answering the unanswerable "Why am I here? By realising my purpose; my overall reason for doing the things that I do. Why have I studied? Why am I continuing in this career? What are my plans for the future? Labels: ME ME ME. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

It's the little things. Wednesday, 29 December 2010. Merry Christmas and a Prosperous 2011 to all! I hope you all enjoyed the festivities. I spent Christmas afternoon in bed after spending the morning chucking my guts up from what I can only assume was food poisoning from the night before. Possibly the worst Christmas ever. But it only lasted a couple of days so I'm planning to enjoy the rest of the season. Monday, 20 December 2010. In general I'm good at compartmentalising. Portuguese, Dancing, whatever.
