I rode all 3 of my bikes today:. 1 Rode the fixie to commute to work. 2 Rode the road bike after work for a regular training ride. 3 Rode into town to meet a friend for dinner on my 29er- my light was already set up on this one, plus I have been neglecting it. Wednesday, February 27, 2008. Finally.a diagnosis.and the journey continues. I may be going through Kubler-Ross' stages of grief:. This means I only have one more stage to go. I guess that's a good sign. :) I guess, if all goes well I should be back running in plenty of time for tri season. In the meantime I just have to work on remaining optimistic! Wednesday, January 30, 2008. Some more pics from my Central America trip. In front of the dive shop on Caye Caulker, Belize. One of the temples in Tikal, Guatemala. It was very very steep to climb up there! A pretty sunset on Caye Caulker. Enjoying a beer in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua. Doing some shopping in Nicaragua. Monday, August 27, 2007. Park City Mossman- Bridgeport, CT 8/26/07. Pre-race: I had a bowl of cereal before I left for the race. I also sipped on some Gatorade on my way there and ate a ½ a pack of Clif Shot Bloks on the way and ½ right before race start. Swim: Long Island Sound, Seaside Park, Bridgeport.
