A journey through the triathlon life . . . Wednesday, August 25, 2010. Lots of love for the TRIkids! One of my absolute favorite parts of the week are the nights I coach the TRIkids. And, I'm not just saying that. I truly * LOVE* those kids! And, I have to admit, I am darn proud that I have had a hand in forming the athletes they are growing up to be. Clearly, genetics plays a big part in what your athletic journey will look like but what about the kind of sportsman you are? It was absolutely awesome!

I am an Athlete. Sunday, May 31, 2009. It was an interesting day. After I set up my transition area, it started to rain. I have a rain plan for triathlons, that includes putting my stuff into 2 1/2 gal Ziploc bags. There was no forecast for rain! This is my third year doing this race and I was still crazy nervous. Sunday, 20 September 2009. Sevenoaks Tri. what a fab race! Trigirl votes today's Sevenoaks Sprint Triathlon as her all time favourite race. so far at least. She completed the course (400m swim / 25K bike / 8k run) in 1:58:16. And why was it so good? Saturday, 12 September 2009. Trigirl feels dizzy today and has done on and off for some time.
