Tuesday, May 15, 2012. IRONMAN ST. George. I was nervous about all of this when I hit the water. But hey, that’s life. I went after the swim, and got tossed around like a rag doll (like we all did)! I was shocked to come out if the water in under an hour, I knew I was doing alright even though I could not see anyone on the swim because of the waves. Thursday, August 5, 2010. Race Report. Lake Placid 2010. Awesome result, season goals check. The report for the coach: aka. A detailed play by play –. Minus a huge speedsuit glitch, resulting in me borrowing a women’s medium PZ3 (fits great! A perfect swim. I stayed with a good group and swam comfortably on feet for pretty much the entire swim. The beginning was a bit crazy as usual. But I stayed in a pretty good spot and faired ok. Long ass run to T1! Bike – hhmmm. Lap 1 – Woah! And quickly rode into 7.
