This race is becoming a fun daddy-daughter tradition for us. This was also a great opportunity to race at altitude in preparation for Ironman Lake Tahoe in September. For the past 18 months I’ve been using a power meter on my bicycle as one of several tools to help me improve my cycling. For me, using a power meter enables a much more accurate view of my cycling fitness. It’s kind of like watching your biometrics in high definition. I can easily switch the pedals from my roadbike to my triathlon bike.

ONE Elite Team 2016. Sunday, May 10, 2015. St George Ironman 70.3 Race Report. 2015 St George Ironman 70.3 was an awesome race. The weather was perfect, the course was challenging, and the scenery was beautiful. Here's a quick run down and some lessons learned. This race was a stepping stone to a larger goal of racing well at Ironman Lake Tahoe in September.
