Since the latter doesn't qualify for publishing, we'll have to go with the boring ones. During our week in Los Angeles, we met a few fellow "Zivis" got to know a few producers, took a look at the New York Film Academy (which is located, unlike the name might suggest, in L.A.). Samstag, 30. August 2008. In 11 Monaten zur Supernanny - (Arbeitsstelle von Florens). DAS ist meine Arbeitsstelle. Auf den erste Blick kann man die Villa gar nicht als Daycare. Einrichtung erkennen, oder? Das ist wahrscheinlich auch der Grund, warum ich einige Male daran vorbeigelaufen bin, bevor ich sie als meine zukünftige Arbeitsstelle entlarvt habe. Zu dem Gebäude kann man eigentlich nur sagen, dass es sehr schön ist. Das Haus besteht aus zwei Geschossen. Oben wohnt Margo. Als zu Hause geht gar nicht!

Mittwoch, 8. April 2009. Who knew that this would happen THIS early in the year? To everyones great disappointment, the temperatures actually managed to rise above 10°C. Such a shame, since we would've really preferred last week's snow to stay a little longer with us, but the Lord moves in mysterious ways once again. Anyway, long story short: We had a whole week of sunshine and that was great! By the way: the rest of the month it's gonna be, to everyones surprise, cold and rainy.
