I have been MIA in the blog posting world for about 2 months now. This was due to a few factors. The primary one being that it was college soccer season up here in Minnesota and everywhere else in the country for that matter. In no specific order:. Always check your gear. Recovery means resting on rest days, eating the right foods, and sleeping.

When I arrived in Dubuque to stay with my sister on Friday, it was still chilly. I was able to get a little bit of each sport in and get a good dinner with my mom, dad, sister, friend Ryan, and her husband Chris. We were able to get back to bed early, so we could wake up and get to registration by 6:15am. I was so wrong.
