Thayne and his BFF. He caught the cricket and we put it in a jar. So it ate with him and watched movies with him.etc. Thayne took this pic. I love it. His birthday. fab 14. So I'm a little slow. He is singing the pete's dragon song that is why his face looks like it does. He is imitating the dragon. Her face is just classic!

Here is today's recipe from my book and it also fits in to the category "Food I Can Eat on My Diet" I ruined the Balsamic Reduction and didn't want to make it again so I ended up just drizzling a little bit of the balsamic vinegar over the top! 2 oz mozzarella cheese. Salt and fresh ground pepper. 1/2 tsp olive oil. 4 large fresh basil. Slice the mozzarella and the tomatoes, layering tomato, basil then mozzerella. 1/2 C of balsamic vinegar. Pinch of salt and pepper.

Monday, November 24, 2008. Sick Babies and Television. I just want to say that when you have a two year old and a one year old baby that are both sick, the television is the best invention ever! Monday, September 29, 2008. We are under contract! So our offer was accepted and we are under contract. We have to have the inspector out to inspect on Friday then we will close at the end of the month. Wednesday, February 25, 2009. Justin made dinner for us all tonight and it is my favorite dinner ever! It is beef tenderloin which came out so tender that you can cut it with your fork. He also made roasted asparagus and wild rice which was so fabulous, I have the best husband! The kids liked it too which is always a plus. Better Homes and Gardens New Cookbook. 4 beef tenderloin steaks, cut 3/4" thick. 1 Tbls dijon mustard. 2 Tbls olive oil. 1/3C dry red wine or sherry. 2 tsp fresh snipped thyme.

Friday, October 24, 2008. Today is the Day! Today is the day that we close on our house! I am so excited. I woke up at five. In the morning. How crazy is that? So I have gotten some blogging done and some emailing! Yea closing on the house today! I can't believe that my baby girl just turned one! She is just starting to take steps on her own and her personality is really starting to show! It really is cute. Of course temper tantrums are only cute for so long! Ryan really got into presents this year.

Thursday, February 18, 2010. Redneck snowman. Notice the cigarette. (I didn't build this thing it was a local). Local peacekeeper thowing a snowball. Remember I live just 40 min north of Florida. So deep south georgia got snow. and even Tallahassee Fl got snow.but not like us. He turned 4 on Valentines day. My little heart breaker is growing up. I can almost deal with it except as he grows I see my baby girl grow too and realty keeps setting in that they grow up so fast. LOL So you got Snow huh?
