Wednesday, August 10, 2011. Olivia's blessing was on August 7th. It was an absolutely perfect day. Great blessing, great friends and family and a happy Olivia. She didn't even make a "peep" during the entire blessing. We were so blessed to have many friends and family share her day with us. Daniel 7 years old.

The Strong Experiment: Happy 95th Birthday!
http://thestrongexperiment.blogspot.com/2011/12/happy-95th-birthday.html
Friday, December 9, 2011. In September my Grandpa (my mom's dad) turned 95. He is such a wonderful man. For his birthday this year my aunts put together a book of all his memories that he has been writing down for the past 30 years, complete with pictures. His life story including family, war and mission. It's awesome! If I could be that strong and healthy at 95 than I wouldn't mind living that long. My sister Amanda with Jamie and Ethan. We had a great Christmas in Utah! Alabama has been treating us pretty well. There was even a little snow storm a few weeks ago! My friend Challis and I even took a little run in the snow, just to celebrate. Well that about sums it up! The couple on the left got married the night before with Elvis, and the man with the mustache is...

http://dougandkatiefoote.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
Saturday, June 4, 2011. It's been over a year since my last post; I guess its time to dust off the old blog and put it to some use. It seems a few things have changed over the past year. September 2010 we moved from Fort Rucker, AL to San Antonio, TX. Flight school didn't go as planned (can you believe you have to have depth perception to fly? Doug celebrated the big 30 in February. He found enough time to blow out his candles before getting back to his homework. We are hoping to float the Guadalupe rive...

Tuesday, September 20, 2011. Warning to my friends who may be offended by killing animals (sorry Brenna, don't judge me! Blame it on Doug) this does involve hunting. Very sorry. *. For those of you who know Doug at all.it has been his recent *obsession* over the past 3-4 years to go alligator hunting. He went a couple of years ago with a friend for the first time, but they were not successful. Since that time, hunting an alligator is all he can think about! Twenty minutes before we sundown (the legal tim...

Hi and welcome to our totally unorganized and unprofessional blog. It is in every way a reflection of how we function at home here in Northern Virginia. But one thing is for certain, we are loving life between the diapers and smeared PB&J. So if you want to hear about our adventures this would be a great place to check them out. Thanks for coming and stop by again sometime! Friday, May 28, 2010. Anybody know why they call it a SHORT Sale? So the saga continues. Yuk. This has not been a fun experi...Many ...

Tuesday, July 7, 2009. I just came home from a fun family filled couple of weeks! Des and kids came to visit for a week (a while ago). Dad and I went camping a couple of times. Brian and family came through and took me with them when they left. We camped at Natural Bridges. We all hiked to the bottom of Owachima (sp? Bridge. The cloud cover, water bottles, and many rest stops made it possible for me and the kids to do our own hiking! The other bridges we just saw from the view points. Grandma Lillie Wikl...
