Zondag 22 juni 2008. Vlotte treinreis met TGV. Weinig tijd om aan boord van vliegtuig te gaan. Veel turbulentie. Weinig te zien beneden door de wolken. Goede maaltijd gekregen. Zouden we er nog een krijgen? Dan maar naar een hotel in Tijuana. Na 4 uur slapen opgestaan en naar vliegveld gebeld of de bagage er was. Die zou bezorgd worden in ons hotel. THE GREAT TOUR OF CHINA 2004. Dinsdag 11 maart 2008. DAGBOEK CHINA 28 april tot 30 mei 2004. Trein gedaan, eerst met taxi naar station. Mijn ouders en Ria’s moeder waren bij het station van Vlissingen om ons uit te zwaaien. Koffie gedronken. Rechtstreekse vlucht naar Beijing. Op vliegveld van Beijing waren de computers van de douane kapot. Wij stonden in het midden van de menigte tussen uiteraard Chinezen. Toen we na één uur klaar waren waren we de laatste!
