Wednesday, May 4, 2011. There is absolutely nothing exciting going on, but I thought I'd share some of my favorite new pictures with you! Braxton and Lucas have both been sick. They have URI's and Bronchitis. We have done chest xray's of B twice now to make sure that he doesn't have pnuemonia. They sent us home with a little treatment/inhaler to use until the end of the week. Lucas is getting better; Braxton still has quite the cough. Hopefully by weekend my house is well! Monday, September 17, 2012. In my previous post I mentioned how the saying that bad things happen in 3's was on my mind.well I guess there may be a shred of truth to that. Friday, October 5, 2012. Let the fun begin. It's going to be a super busy weekend around here. As if the last few months weren't busy too! I can't wait to post pictures of this wedding. It's going to be so pretty with all the burlap, lace, mason jars, babies breath and such. Tuesday, September 11, 2012. Do bad things really happen in 3's? If they do then I probably need to have my guard up for the unforeseeable future. I have been in contact by email with many of his family members and let me tell you that they have such grace in the eye of what must be a horrific emotional storm. They have been kind, appreciative of our support and just.graceful. I know that one shouldn't look for trouble, beg trouble or borrow trouble but isn't that how the saying goes? People I wish I knew.

Thursday, June 9, 2011. So, here are a few happening around our house. We got Lucas new. Bigger boy furniture. He wanted to go with a baseball theme, which of course Jon was just all too happy to agree with. It's actually really cool and it has a trundle too so he can fit 3 in his room instead of just 2. Monday, April 11, 2011. First let me just say that I adore these two little boys of mine. Did I mention that I have been incredibly blessed to have two babies that sleep through the night? By that I mean from 8:30-7:30 or later if allowed. Wonder why it is that I'm still so tired all the time then? I am biased, but aren't they beautiful? We had some work done to our landscape on Saturday. I do NOT possess a green thumb so the likelihood of all this living for more than a month or so is slim to none.

Friday, June 8, 2012. Each year we go on vacation with part or all of Jon's family. It's always to the exact same place, as this has been a tradition in his family before he was born - I believe. Surfside Beach, TX - south of Houston on the coast about 30 minutes from Galveston. It takes us about 4.5 hours to drive down depending on traffic and number of stops. Braxton did better this year - no eating the sand! He did how ever get really freaked out when he touched any seaweed - dry or still in the ocean!
