Sheep says "Hog, can't you walk a little faster? Hog says, "Huh? Here's my "cowpoke" cows, that triggered my memories. Links to this post. May 23, 2012. It's ...

Sep 28, 2014. Saving in East Texas! We all like to save money. and in these times it is imperative that we all stretch our dollars to the max. I have always had a limited budget, plus I think it is just my nature to try to save as much as possible. This seems even more important today. As it is I got $28.64 in product for $21.14 tax included. That's pretty close to 25% savings the way I figure it. Brookshire Brothers is also changing the format for their free and reduced price coupons. I can't wait t...

A Century of Antiques and Collectables. Archive for February, 2012. Commemorating Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell 1776. Posted by pcourneya in Uncategorized. I recently added two items to my on line store, Sirocco’s Curios. They are two decorative plates commemorating Independence Hall. And the Liberty Bell. While the plates commemorate the historical signing of the Declaration of Independence in1776, the two companies, Avon and Wedgwood, have histories almost as old as that event. The Otagiri Mer...

Le Petit Marché On-Line Variety Store. An on-line store featuring many different items, some used, some new, some collectible. Weird, fashionable, usable or just pretty or pretty ugly. But never dull! I'll add a little history or background or just a little whimsy to the items I display here. I'll also write about, on occasion, the meanderings of my life, why? I don't know, I guess because I can and blogging is kind of like a journal. Friday, September 20, 2013. Love and prayers to all those affected, di...

A Century of Antiques and Collectables. Laquo; Butterflies and Metal Foil Wall Hanging. Native American Winter Wonderland. Metal Backed Lawn Chairs. Posted October 3, 2012 by pcourneya in Uncategorized. What I don’t have is good chairs around the fire pit to sit on. I have some of those fold-up canvas chairs that work OK but I have to get them out and then put them back each time. I prefer something that can just stay out there all the time. So far I have found only three that I could get for a good pric...
