I am reminded that in spite of evil, our God is supreme and we have a Hope. I am reminded of the resilience of Oklahoma City and how everyone came together to support and love one another in the face of the worst tragedy we had ever and hope to ever know. This is my life.and I love it. Saturday, December 17, 2011. Recipe: Balsamic Baked Tilapia. I made a fabulous tilapia recipe tonight that I thought I would take a moment to share. I meant to take a picture of how it turned out, but it smelled so good that we devoured it before I remembered to snap a shot! 1 Tbsp olive oil. 1 small onion, chopped (or 1 cup frozen onion). 1 red bell pepper, chopped. 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar. 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Super easy and super yummy! And this little man!
