Tuesday, August 31, 2010. I like pork chops! WG is not big on pork chops these days. He says that the meat doesn't seem to have enough 'taste' anymore and we've had conversations on what the reasons might be. The only conclusion we've come to so far is that the problem is with the feed. Of course, as we are not pig farmers or even have a clue about what's involved, we can only opine. But without success. Every last bite, including gnawing on the bone for all the tiny 'bits' just makes me really happy.
